patch 2.2

we are compatible with patch 2.2 if you want to patch up

mad, but on Burning WoW, they made it compatible with 2.2, but the older versions (e.g. 2.1.2) wouldnt work properly

who has patched up to 2.2? if you havnt you might want to wait
im realy debating on going back to mangos

im realy getting tired of ascent, i read in the ascent forums that burlix coded into the core that level cap couldnt be set above 70 (hes very opposed to fun servers)
the more i think about it and read around mangos has allot more working and to offer the battle grounds work, the players commands work, pets work right...

ascent is a great stable server that can hold alllot of people but take a look ingame
i think ascent might be part of the reason we dont keep players around

i can just a bout make the switch to a mangos server with a fully spawned hyjal and probably the teleman
but i dont know if i can figure a way to transfer charecter and account info

is there much difference between the mangos and ascent char & account tables?

theres a big difference, ascent only uses 5 tables to save charecter info and mangod uses 15

some of it i could convert but not enough to work,
im going to see if i can ge the sql backups to wrok with mangos now, the vendors and other stuff wont need redone if they do

we should get everyone to take screenies of their chars just incase the accounts dont convert correctly

to be honest i dont like mangos anymore its unstable when i had my mangos server it crashed everytime 4 people was in the same place and antrix i can hole 20 people in the same place easy well its up to you ethnonut but im really used to antrix now .
