new DB to try

i changed the db for now to see if its any better and try to get the quests to work
if it is then ill put all the custom stuff into it, teleman, gm tokens...

Don`t worry it`s always happening when DB is changing Admin need to mess around SQL file I suppose

are there still no NPCs, i hoped that DB was better now the last time i tried it there where no NPCs
ill switch it back to the other database real fast

i about have the database fixed there was a problem with one of the tables that control creatures thats why there where no NPCs or anything
while im doing it om going to put the custom stuff into it and try it our for a couple days and see if quests and stuff work any better

i also have put some instance scripts in place to see if they help a couple of the instances

i announce across the console the server is restarting and why, some of it is getting lost in the backup for some reason i think
